Brad Mueller

& Community Engagement

Brad Mueller is currently working as a Manager, Tax Incentives - Paramount Global. In this role, Brad works with both U.S. and International Paramount Productions that is responsible for 3.5 Billion dollars of Production Incentives, $500 Million Qualified Per Year, $300 Million to $400 Million Annual Monetization, 100 Distinct Production Credit Programs across 92 Productions that shot in 17 different states, Provinces, Territories, and Countries.


In addition, Brad Mueller is the Director of Creative, Communications, and Community Engagement, Leading the branding and design for ViacomCBS Veterans Network. As the Director of Creative, Communications Community Engagement, Brad has created key partnerships with Hyatt Place Lax El Segundo to support the Hygiene Product Drive for our homeless veteran community. To date, Hyatt has donated nearly 11,000 supplies along with Snow Orthodontics donating toothbrushes and toothpaste for the initiative. He is also responsible for two rebrands from CBS to ViacomCBS Veterans Network, which include... 2 Corporate Logo redesigns, website rebuilds and maintenance, SEO, email marketing campaigns, and social presence.
 

Brad Mueller was at the CBS Station Group as a full-time staff Promotion Graphics Designer for KCBS KCAL-TV in Los Angeles for more than 15yrs. Brad worked with the News, Sales Marketing, and Promotion graphics team. He designs and implements news graphics into the daily News shows for the duopoly station and was responsible for game packages for Lakers, Dodgers, Rams, and Chargers. In his role, Brad developed and initiated a simplified workflow within the station, led Media Asset Management within the Creative Services Department, and works directly with software developers and engineers. By combining art and technology to create designs that determine the right message, Brad advises on artistic strategies to reach the CBS audience.


Before KCBS/KCAL, Brad worked as their Freelance Visual Effects Artist at the Los Angeles Dodgers. In this role, Brad was responsible for versioning out player graphics and creating game graphics for stadium screens throughout the Dodger stadium and was tasked to keep within the Dodger brand guidelines. Brad also managed the organization of footage and still photography during the preseason.  Before the Los Angeles Dodgers, Brad worked as their Visual Effects Artist at The Product Factory in Burbank, California. In this role, he designed the custom opening and end credits for Marvel animated films, added visual effects to animated footage, fix color shifts, flickers, and lip-syncs.


Brad earned a certificate in Leadership, "6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team" (2019), was spotlighted in the CBS Update Newsletter for his contributions to ViacomCBS Veterans Network (2019), and was featured as Employee of the Month (2016).


Brad currently resides in Palmdale, CA, with his wife Rachel and two daughters Kailey and Emiley. Brad is a car enthusiast and can't get enough of camping in the wilderness with his family. He also has a deep passion for wanting to help Veterans in the community.
