On Nov. 3, former Marine and attorney and now an inspirational speaker and leadership consultant, Justin Constantine spoke to CBS employees in Los Angeles about leadership and overcoming adversity. Justin, who survived a gunshot wound recently completed his first book, My Battlefield, Your Office, which focuses on teaching mid-level managers how to lead people. Justin is also a Presidential Leadership Scholar, and leads a team at the US Chamber of Commerce focused on employment for wounded warriors and caregivers.
